Eventuri Mercedes GLC63S AMG Black Carbon Intake System

The Eventuri Black Carbon Intake System for the Mercedes-AMG GLC63 and GLC63S is the result of extensive development to increase airflow, reduce intake temperatures, and maintain smooth, turbulence-free delivery to the turbochargers. The AMG M177 engine bay presents significant thermal challenges due to the close proximity of the turbochargers to the intake system, which makes a fully sealed carbon fiber solution critical for maintaining consistent performance.

To achieve a substantial increase in flow rate, Eventuri utilized every available volume within the factory airbox location and redesigned the internal geometry to remove sharp transitions. The result is an organically shaped intake path which allows the airflow to remain laminar as it moves from the bespoke high-flow panel filters to the turbo inlets. Compared to the stock airboxes which flow 347 CFM per side, the Eventuri system achieves 468 CFM per airbox, representing a significant increase in available airflow and allowing the turbos to operate more efficiently across the entire rev range.

Thermal efficiency is maintained through a fully sealed carbon fiber construction which prevents hot engine bay air from being ingested even under sustained load. With smoother airflow and reduced restriction, boost is generated with less effort, improving throttle response and delivering genuine performance gains which increase further on tuned vehicles. The system is available with two outlet sizes – 61mm for factory turbochargers and 76.5mm for upgraded turbo applications – making it suitable for both stock and high-output builds.

Manufactured from prepreg carbon fiber and engineered for OEM-level fitment, the Eventuri intake transforms both the performance and the visual presence of the GLC63 engine bay.
